A hundred meters distance from the sea is unconditionally compulsory. The house is located next to one of the very best fiords for sea trout fishing in our country. Furthermore, there are multiple lakes in the area for fly fishing. One well known river for catching salmon and trout is one hour’s drive away.

There are a huge number of holiday homes in Norway, mostly mountain homes. They sit empty for more than 300 days a year on average. We want to help you realize your holiday home while reducing the economic and environmental challenges. Yes. You and the other co – owners will collectively own 100% of the vacation home. The value of you share will increase in line with the property value.

Co-ownership of properties has a rich historical tradition. And is currently on the rise. In Norway it is quite common for individuals to own a vacation home together with family and friends, which allows for a mor effective use of the property.

As an owner of a vacation home, you share the purchase costs, common expenses and property usage with other co – owners while we take care of all maintenance and cleaning. This property boasts a unique modern and exclusive design, fully furnished with all amenities. Owning a share guarantees you a minimum of 35 days of property usage per year, which slightly below the average holiday home.

WE manage the vacation home by handling payments, maintenance, coordination and other services on behalf of the owners. The property will have a dedicated Home Manager with whom the owners can communicate for questions or requests. Should all owners wish to manage the property themselves, they are free to do so through a collective vote.

The availability of the property after purchase will be after 5 shares are sold. We collaborate with real-estate brokers for the actual sales transactions.

No, with timeshare you never actually own the property; instead, you purchase right for a specific period, typically a fixed week in a hotel complex. However, as a co -owner of a share in the property you could benefit from potential price appreciation due to higher market value of the property. You enjoy continuous access, throughout the year and the vacation home is exclusively available to co-owners and their guests.
